This location opened in early 2000, not sure but maybe in 2001 .

They all come to your table ad sing Happy Birthday to them. The they get a personal slice of cake. But you have to let your server know before hand.

Customer service is a management problem. Let me be quick to say it may not be a local manager's problem. Customer service must be a company value that is rewarded and enforced from the top down. If local managers feel they have no support from above they will be poor mangers on the floor. Contrast this with Chic-filet
